The conditions of the contract are as follows:

Bitch owner agrees that all puppies will have return contracts to come back to the bitch owner and it is also agreed that if the bitch owner cannot take a puppy back that the bitch owner will contact the stud owner and that the stud owner will take the puppy back in the event that a puppy owner is unable to care for it _______________ __________

If no stud fee was paid, and puppy or puppies are to be picked in-lieu of payment, the following applies:

A) Stud dog owner will choose pick puppy or puppies by the 7th wk of birth.

B) Pick puppy or puppies will retain and carry "_________________" as it's kennel name.

2) The "Stud Owner/Agent" guarantees that the stud is potent, and that a mating was achieved on the above dates.

3) (2) Puppies constitutes a litter. A repeat breeding will be granted back to the stud dog if, for any reason, less than (2) puppies survive at two days of age, 48 hours.
